Over the past year Rowheath Pavilion has really flourished with our community events, providing a full range of Market Days, Parties and Fun Days. Check out some of the best so far!
4th May- A Night in the 1940′s, 7.30-11.30pm
Our 1940′s fundraiser was absolutely incredible. A massive thank you to Bev for all her hard work that made the event such a huge success. The Ashby Big Band were wonderful playing a range of songs from the 40′s. With the surprise performance from our three beautiful Beverley Sisters the whole night was so much fun.
Thank you to everyone who came all all your wonderful donations. Over £200 was raised for Help the Heroes and The Pavilion Charity which is fantastic!
7th May- Bank Holiday Market Day, 10am-3pm
Another absolutely phenomenal event on Monday! Despite the bad weather we had such a huge turn out so thank you to all of you for coming along and supporting us, even in the rain!
We had such a high level of beautiful hand-made crafts and food so also a big thank you to everyone who took part. It’s lovely for us to be able to bring the community together on such a brilliant day and show case some of the local craft talent.
Finally, a huge thank you to all the Rowheath team that pulled together to make the day run smoothly. Cafe are bar staff were brilliant and of course, all our volunteers!
So ecited for the next event on the 27th August!
29th April- Lyra Concert, Russian Vocal Ensemble, 7.30-9.30pm
Another outstanding performance from the Russian Vocal Ensemble, Lyra. Thanks to everyone who came out to support them. I’m sure you will all agree how fantastic their were. Looking forward to next year already!
21st April- Indoor Decluttering Table Top Sale, 11-3pm
Decluttering returned to Rowheath with even more goodies and treasures. With an extremely busy first 2 hours all the stall holders were off to a flying start. Thank you to everyone who took part and I hope you all had fun.
Decluttering returns on Saturday 30th June. Booking will start shortly so watch this space!
13th April- Open Mic Night, 7.30-10.30pm
After such a popular event in February, Hannah made a huge decision to move our famous Open Mic’s into the main Terrace Room. After creating such a lovely atmosphere in there the night was fantastic with some really incredible local talent. Thank you so much to everyone who performed, you were brilliant!
Of course, a huge thank you to Hannah for putting on such a wonderful event. can’t wait for the next one on the 13th July!
17th March- St Patrick’s Day Folk Party, 7.30-11.30pm
Our first St Patrick’s Party was a great craic! With some incredible music from 3 piece band, Cut the Mustard, and some memorable dance moves from some of the community, the night was great fun.
18th February- Vintage and Craft Fayre
Another fantastic event on Saturday with some gorgeous home-made gifts and crafts and some brilliant vintage classics.
Thanks to everyone who took part and made a massive effort to produce some gorgeous goods to sell. With such a lovely range of gifts you can stock up for the year.
Thanks to all the team at Rowheath for making in a success as well.
Indoor Decluttering Table Top Sale, 14th January, 10am-2pm
Our first decluttering sale went really well with lots of happy customers going away with some hidden treasure and lots of happy stall holders with heavier pockets.
Christmas Film Day, 20th December, 10.30am-5.30pm
A great turn out at our Christmas Film Day, we hope the little one’s enjoyed the day!

Community Christmas Carol Service, Sunday 18th December 6.30pm
One of our busiest Carol Service’s this year with a completely full room. Thank you to everyone that came and Happy Christmas.
Thanks to Hannah, Lydia, Simon and Pete for entertaining the crowds in the bar after the service with some fantastic live music!
Pavilion Family Christmas Fun Day, Saturday 17th December
The Christmas Gift Fayre was a huge success! With 24 stalls selling some gorgeous home-made crafts, cards, decorations and much more we had loads to offer to the guests. All we needed was lots of people to buy these beautiful gifts. Luckily for us, they came!! With over 300 people from the local community and surrounding areas, the gift fayre was a huge success. Date for the diary- 15th December 2012, Next years Christmas Fayre!!!
This year’s Santa’s Grotto was the best so far, with 100 children and as one of the community said ‘the nicest Father Christmas ever!’
The day didn’t stop there, at 6pm our children’s disco kicked off with a total of 102 children! With their parents by their side it really was a brilliant night.
Christmas Open Mic Night, Friday 16th December
What a fantastic night again! With some excellent performances from Rebekah, Dom, Pete and many more the Open Mic Night’s are just getting better and better.
Northern Soul Night, 19th November
What a fantastic event organised by Andy Marshall. With over £1100 raised to add to his astonishing total of £51,000 to support Birmingham Children’s Hospital in memory of Ethan.
Well done Andy!!!!
Market Day, Saturday 19th November
Another fantastic market day at Rowheath Pavilion. With 55 stall holders on the day, we had a great mix of food, vintage, craft and table top.
Open Mic Night, Friday 14th October
Last Open Mic Night was brilliant with some excellent talent and some questionable magic from Mark!

Monday 29th August 2011, Bank Holiday Market Day
The day was a fantastic event with 64 stalls made up of local farmers market produce, vintage and craft stalls and household bric and brac. With around 3,000 guests over the course of the day, Rowheath Pavilion had the busiest day in history.
