Here are a few of the groups from the community who utilise the Rowheath Pavilion facilities on a regular basis.

Phoenix Singers

We are a large mixed choir who meet at The Pavilion every Wednesday from 7:30-9:30pm. New members are always welcome, especially male singers. Concerts are held throughout the year and cover a wide range of choral music.

Stay’n'Play

Art Classes

(Tuesdays 9:30am-12.00pm/12.30-3.00pm)

 

All abilities are welcomed. This programmed is design to develop each individual’s art practice. It is a friendly artist led environment where you can produce a portfolio suitable for application to further study or exhibition purposes. This program also teaches you how to critically analyse your work and enhances skills in mark making, mixed media, use of colour, drawing and painting techniques.

Helen O’Grady Drama Academy

We are the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy. We run classes for children ages 5-12 every Wednesday between 5-6pm term time only. We offer a unique programme of self- development which w

JiveFever

Amy Greaves School of Dance

5.00pm – 9:15pm every  Thursday.
 
The dance school caters for a variety of ages and abilities and offers classes in Ballet, Tap, Freestyle, Musical Theatre, Street, Gym dance, cheerleading, Rock n Roll and Latin and Ballroom. Drama Workshops

(Wednesday 7.30-10.00pm, Spring Term 2012 from Jan 4th- March 28th incl)

An opportunity to enjoy working creatively in a group, while developing a range of drama skills and improvisation techniques. New members (18 years or over) welcome, regardless of experience – and your first session is free.

Tumble Tots

The springboard to confidence for your child.  For children from 6 months to 7 years.  Offering a structured programme of child development that makes learning fun.

Baby Sensory

Baby SensoryOur sessions are themed and different every week (40 individual lesson plans).  Each plan is tested for 3 years before it is allowed into the programme.  As well as music sessions and the use of instruments, we cover numerous activities such as signing, dance, reading, massage, brain games exploratory play etc.

YogaBugs

On Friday mornings; MegaBugs 9.30-10.15 (3.5 – 5 years), MightyBugs 10.30-11.15 (2 – 3.5 years), MiniBugs 11.30-12.15 (walking -2 years)

Buggyfit is the ultimate fitness class for new Mums wanting to get back in shape after their new arrival. This one hour workout enables you to meet new friends and bay comes too!
