Numbers

The maximum number we can comfortably accommodate for a sit down meal is 138.

This includes:

  • 4 trestle tables with 10 seats (top table)
  • 14 round tables with 8 seats.
  • 4 rectangular tables with 4 seats.
  • A gift table, cake table and 4 buffet tables.

Five round tables would be need to be removed after formalities to allow space for dancing. Please note this option does not accommodate a stage.

We can comfortably seat around 107 – 115 people without the need for removing furniture partway through your event. This means a dance floor space and stage is ready and available for you to move forward into your evening celebrations. This is the most popular option, however we suggest discussing these requirements at the early stages of your booking.

 

Running of the day

In the months leading up to your wedding you will discuss a running order for the day with the Wedding Co-ordinator. This is essential to ensure suppliers have enough time fulfil your requirements. It is important to highlight your ceremony time at point of booking.

 

Bar

On Fridays and Saturdays the bar is open until 11.00pm, entertainment can continue until 11.20pm and everyone and everything is to be off site by midnight.

On Sundays the bar is open until 10.30pm, entertainment can continue until 11.00pm and everyone and everything is to be off site by 11.30pm.

 

Projector

We have a projector available for use within the Terrace Room. This is an additional cost of £20. If you require the projector we ask that you book a visit beforehand to be shown how to use it and also check compatibility with your equipment.

 

PA System

We have a small PA system available for use within the terrace room. It is compatible with laptops, iPod’s, iPad’s via a jack lead.

Please note if either the Projector or PA system is required for your function you will need to request it prior to the event and pay for it in advance. 

 

Liability for Property

During the course of your special day, guests may decide to bring cards and gifts. These will be left in a place decided on the furniture plan by yourselves and the Wedding Coordinator. Rowheath Pavilion cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any of these items or the contents within.

 

Parking

There are around 20 car parking spaces located at the front of the building on the roadside.

There is a large car park located to the left side of the building which offers around 150 spaces. This is locked by the bar staff at the end of the night and opened at around 8.00am the following day. Guests are permitted to leave their car overnight at their own risk. Please feel free to add this to your wedding invitations.

For health and safety reasons we do not allow vehicular access to the main entrance of the building.
