How to make a booking

Once we have confirmed availability we will place your date on hold for one week. This gives you time to investigate suppliers and confirm the date with immediate family and friends. After this time we will telephone you to find out whether you wish to proceed with the booking.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed with Rowheath Pavilion until we have received a booking form and deposit. Therefore we ask that you do not make other firm arrangements with suppliers until you have secured the date. If we cannot make contact with you after your provisional booking has expired we will release the date.

To confirm the date a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required along with a signed copy of your booking form and terms and conditions.

An interim payment of 50% hire fee will be required 6 months prior to the wedding date. The balance along with optional extras and wine order will be required 2 months prior. An invoice will be sent via the email address provided at time of booking.

Please note it is important to inform the office of any changes to your personal details. We require at least one landline and one mobile telephone number for this reason.

If we cannot make contact with you, you may risk losing your date.
