As your Wedding day is as important to us as it is to you, we require you to book the terrace room for the entire day and evening (apart from Sunday).
This guarantees you/room dressers/caterers etc access to the terrace room and kitchen from 9.00am. We have found that this is most successful in ensuring that enough time is allowed for preparations, and allows contingency should it be needed.
The 2017 pricing structure is as follows,
(*) The terrace room is in use by church on a Sunday therefore you/your suppliers can only gain access from 1pm. Please leave enough time before your guests arrive to dress the room.
Week days may be available depending on the time of year. Some, but not all, of our community groups operate on a term time basis. Please call the office for further details.
What’s included in the price?
The cost includes use of the terrace room and patio space, set up of furniture according to a pre-arranged room plan, bar service and bar staff. Bar staff will prepare and serve pre-ordered ‘Welcome Drinks’ and ‘Toast Drinks’.
Please note all green space within the grounds is open to the public.
You also have access to Wedding Co-ordinator Sam Clifton. She will be available via appointment in the run up to your special day to help plan and arrange the key elements of the event. This generally means liaising with your chosen suppliers in the final stages to arrange access, timings and equipment. A pack will be produced prior to your day. This can be emailed to all suppliers and key participants and will include furniture plans, alcohol requirements, supplier details and most importantly a running order for the day.
