Due to the extreme wet weather (over the past few weeks) we have taken the decision to move the fair and food off the fields off the fields.
The Fair will be situated on the car park, and the Street Food around the main Pavilion.
The toilets will be located in the car park and at the Pavilion.
The first aid, information point, lost child and baby change will be situated at the main entrance to the Pavilion.
Please see map (below) for more details.
Please note that this regrettably means we are unable to offer disabled parking on site. If you purchased tickets on that basis and wish to cancel your tickets we will be offering a full refund until Friday 1st November 11am, please note a disabled blue badge is required for authorisation.
We advise all ticket holders to take public transport or walk to the event. If you have to drive, please park legally and sensibly on local roads and do not block any driveways.
The Fireworks displays will still take place on the main fields and we ask all ticket holders to follow instructions of our stewards and security to ensure safe crossing of Heath Road.
It will be muddy on the field and unsuitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters which will need to keep to the path.
There are still tickets available and these will be sold up until 11am on Friday 1st November, subject to availability.
The main building will be closed to the public at 3.30pm on Friday.
The car park will be closed to the public on Thursday 31st October at 11pm until Saturday 2nd November at 8am.
